My solution for saving was as simple as can be! I was spending $5.00 per week on takeout lunch, $5.00 per week on squirrel food (yes squirrel food), $13.00 per week for weekend family visits to Starbucks, and $3.00 per week on candy bars. That is $95.00 per month. We are now putting $150 per month in our retirement fund through payroll deduction, and it really feels good. I have a long way to go ($30,000 in credit card debt), but I feel I am at least starting the journey. I love the book and I haven’t even finished it yet. Thank you for your help. I hope I can win the mug..it will remind me to make my own coffee and become a millionaire!
