You enjoyed the last blog’s podcasts so much, so I thought I would send you a few more I recently recorded.
Each show is different & with more value-added content.
Today I want to share a podcast I did with my friend Jean Chatzky.

Jean and I have now, amazingly, known each other for 25 years. She has been remarkably dedicated to financial education her entire career. Our talk together was both a “reunion” and also very much a free-flow conversation about what we have learned over our thirty years of doing this work.
Jean and I used to do the Today Show together (Money 911) weekly and we also shared the stage with Oprah on the Debt Diet Series so many of you watched years ago. If you don’t feel like watching or listening yet you can read a quick summary of the show right here on her website at HerMoney.
THE MOST VIRAL POST OF 2026 – HOW TO MAKE YOUR KID A MULTI-MILLIONAIRE

This post got taken from another show we did with Marie Forleo. You can watch our full show here along with a summary of that show.
THE DOW JONES INDUSTRIAL AVERAGE WENT OVER 50,000 LAST WEEK.
When I entered the business as a financial advisor in 1993, the DJIA ended the year at 3,754.
|
|
Today it is over 50,000. I happen to discuss how to invest in the DJIA in the podcast with Mel Robbins.
|
|
I remember Warren Buffett once explaining how the DJIA would hit 50,000 and one day 100,000. He didn’t predict the date, he predicted the power of owning great American businesses, compounded earnings and time.
If you look at this chart, you will notice there were downtimes. Stop and really think about how much has gone wrong in the last 32 years. There have been wars, epidemics, recessions, Presidents you didn’t like, Super Bowls that didn’t go as planned and more. You get the idea. Life has ups and downs. The key to investing is that you have to invest long-term. You can’t panic when things go wrong.
We are due for a market correction. It will come. They always come. They are supposed to come. And the you know what else will happen – “it too shall pass”.
Stay the course and invest for the long run and you will be very pleased with how you do and did.
And remember to make it automatic. If you need a refresher on this, grab the update of The Automatic Millionaire and tell your friends.

Have a wonderful month.
