I was at your seminar in San Francisco on March 15th and David it was truly awesome THANK YOU! I now finally have the courage to buy home #2 as your book is easy to read and easy to understand. I feel you have explained what I need to know to proceed with the purchase as knowledge is power. I been wanting to buy another property for years. I always felt it was impossible and fear/unknown kept from buying another property. I have been following your advice and I am in the process of searching for my second home. I can proudly say my current home will be paid off in just five years and I am 43. I am also debt free, contribute the maximum to my ROTH IRA, and have a great FICO score. I am now teaching my teenage sons to save their money and become an automatic millionaire homeowners as well. Thanks a million David for all your help and your advice. It WORKS!
